Why Vizag

Vizag is growing,
and growing north.

India’s seven biggest cities held about 6.3 lakh unsold homes in July–September 2026, up 12% in a year (ANAROCK). Visakhapatnam is the opposite story: a new airport, campuses and jobs are arriving faster than new homes, much of it along the northern corridor where we build.
