What we collect when you contact us, use this website or message us on WhatsApp, and how we use it.

What we collect
When you send a message or book a site visit: your name, phone number, email address and message. When you create an account: your email address (and later, phone number) and the one-time codes we send you. Approved buyers may upload documents to their own portal. When you use the chat assistant on the Serene Meadows pages: your questions and its answers, so our team can improve them; the answers are written by an AI service run by Cloudflare, our web host. Please don't type personal details into the chat.
When you message us on WhatsApp or ask for the brochure there: your WhatsApp number, your WhatsApp profile name, and the messages and files you send us and our replies. WhatsApp (Meta) carries these messages under its own terms and privacy policy; we keep them on our website so our sales team can answer you.
Why
To reply to you, arrange site visits, verify who may see plot availability, and manage bookings and documents for buyers.
Who can see it
Only Dhillan Infra's sales and admin staff. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it

Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Visit counts
To know how many people visit and from where, the site counts each page you view: the page, the date, your approximate country and city (from your internet connection), and whether you use a phone, tablet or computer. We do not store your name or internet address; a code that changes every day lets us count visitors without knowing who they are. Browsers that ask not to be tracked are not counted.
